As a fitness coach, I share the knowledge and training that I have developed to empower my clients. My learning is a continuous process, enriched by education and personal experiences. In 2023, I achieved certification as a Personal Trainer from National Academy of Sports Medicine. However, my education doesn't stop there. I draw insights from my own fitness journey. Over the last few years, I have trained and completed races including 5K’s, half marathons, marathons, triathlons, a Full Ironman (2023 Ironman Texas), and a 24-Hour OCR Event (2022 World Toughest Mudder). Presently, I'm intensely preparing for my first bodybuilding competition scheduled for June 2024.
